If you’re receiving this anonymous survey, it’s because I deeply value and respect your perspective and feedback. One of my greatest aspirations in life is to embrace humility and truth so that I can continue growing and showing up better—for myself and for those around me.

I understand that these conversations can be difficult, as most of us (understandably) aim to tread carefully around each other’s feelings. At the same time, I recognize that my own thoughts can sometimes be clouded by biases or a lack of awareness. That’s why I’ve created this anonymous survey: to gather honest, unfiltered insights from those closest to me. My intention is to better understand how I can improve and contribute to deeper, more meaningful connections with others.
