This was 100% me. I struggled with chronic adrenal fatigue for 10 years and I had no idea why I felt so dull and drained each day.

I assumed I was just not trying hard enough and that I was being negative. So I pushed myself to build six figure companies, travel the world, and work out every day.

After years of pushing myself, I finally broke.
I was too exhausted to keep it all up.

I fell into major debt, I was angry and emotional, and my marriage hung on a thread. I knew life had to be better than this, I had to be better than this… there had to be a solution.

After years of research, professional help, challenges and failures…
I finally found a way to demolish the fatigue and get control over my life!

It took a few months to start feeling a difference but after 1 year I felt like a whole new person…
I experienced excitement, energy, and motivation I hadn’t had in over a decade.

I thought I was just getting my energy back, but I got my energy back and more… I learned what it takes to love myself, to get the most out of time, and most of all I learned what it takes to create the life I want to live.

The process was simple, but it wasn’t easy.

STEP #1 - RESTORE

The first step in this program is to restore your resilience by training you to tap into a state of relaxation and ease. We learn how to trigger the parasympathetic nervous system, so that we can recover and restore from the daily grind and excessive stress. We also cover how to access deeper, more restful states of sleep as well as efficiently manage stress while conquering your day.

 

STEP #2 - EAT

The next step is to fuel your body with high quality nutrition as well as support its ability to handle life by creating balance in pH levels, blood sugar, and the stress response system. We can address a lot through what we eat! We also cover topics like hormone balance, hypoglycemia, how to identify an energy crash, and what to do about it.

 

STEP #3 - MOVE

Daily activity is critical when it comes to balancing hormones and creating more energy, but it’s also requires a delicate approach. An imbalanced use of energy can result in a sudden and dramatic crash. We will discuss how to meet and increase your energetic threshold without compromising your journey, working our way up from restorative movement to exercising regularly.

COMMON QUESTIONS

  • I recommend working on at least 1-2 lessons per week, which takes about 20-30 minutes to watch and implement. I also encouraged not to rush or skip the process unless you’ve already implemented / mastered a particular lesson in your own life. Each lesson should give you progressively more relief as move through the program.

    While the entire program takes a minimum of 12-24 months to finish, most students (myself included) find it invaluable to continually cycle through the program to reach our next level up.

  • Each one of us are at different stages and are here for different reasons, so there is no general time line. However, each lesson should give you more relief and improve your energy as your lifestyle begins to support your body’s resilience.

  • No. While this program focuses on improving and healing energies, this program is designed for ANYONE who wants the next level of time and energy in their lives. It is equally helpful for those who deal with burnout, those who want to avoid burnout, and those who consider themselves high performers.
