The Importance of a warm up

Unless you just got off your bike, ran after your children, or cleaned the house broadway style, you’re going to need to warm up a bit before you challenge your body to MO▽E.  On top of loosening up those creaky hinges, a warm up gets the blood pumping to feed your muscles, making the movement you're about to do more effective.  There’s really no shortcutting this crucial step, unless of course you were just chased back inside by a pack of hungry children - something I certainly relate to 😆.  Do your body a favor and warm up, after all, this IS all about your health and wellbeing.
