Welcome to the #30DayRestore Challenge. Thank you so much for being here. I am so excited to embark on this journey with you taking 5-minutes a day to restore balance and energy in our mind and bodies. These 5-minute practices will feel so good, you’ll look forward to them each morning. After 30 days the goal is to have developed a habit and practice to create this space and pace as you start each day. You’ll also learn a lot of different skills to fall back on in moments of stress or in moments when you’re in need of a quick re-charge. If you take the time to commit to fulling doing each practice your body will develop the experience and memory of automatic connection to that place of relaxing restoration. So let’s begin!
