Science has proven that experiencing physical touch throughout the day makes us feel more connected. Physical touch can help us feel more energized and lift our spirits. Hugging your child, spouse or dear friend, shaking someone’s hand and making eye contact, or even giving your pup a good belly rub are all examples of touch and are all ways in which we exchange energy with one another.
Try to connect and show healthy and friendly affection to at least 5 people today. Do you feel more connected, loved, energized? Make a list of the people you connect with in your workbook and feel free to share your experience with the community.
