Concept

They say that our internal space reflects out to our external spaces. What if we could create space in our external world that stimulates peace and calm within our internal space? Well, we actually can! For some it’s making the bed, or having a clean kitchen, for me it’s my garden and my bedroom. This space will look differently for each and every one of us but what’s important is being intentional with our space, relaxation, relief and the feeling of ahhhh is what we are going for. :)

Practice

Set aside at time today to create intentional space for yourself. Take at least 5-minutes, or more, to sit and enjoy your space. Use this space to come back to throughout this challenge and notice how it makes you feel.
