I love today’s practice of relaxation with these simple neck stretches. The neck is a common place where most of us carry all of our tension and stress. Often, overthinking can contribute to this tension and overall fatigue, starting from the head and neck then working its way down to the rest of the body. These neck stretches are easy, quick and accessible to all!


Find a comfortable relaxing space where you can focus on your body and breath. Set a timer for 5 minutes and stretch out your neck using the exercises in the video. Feel free to repeat the video for reference or allow your intuition to kick and explore and breath through any trouble spots you come across. Feel free to revisit these stretches throughout your day or anytime you need to relieve tension in the body.
