I’ve briefly touched on some of the amazing benefits of yoga, but I just wanted to clarify you don’t always have to roll out a mat to do yoga. If you’re like me spending more of your day working at a desk, you’ll find todays practice very helpful. Chair yoga has all of the same benefits as regular yoga and its easy and accessible to all!
Follow along as I guide you through a quick but potent chair sequence. Feel free to add or eliminate anything, listen to your body and do what feels good for you. Move through the sequence a few times and see how it makes you feel.
