Concept

Earthing, also known as grounding, refers to making contact with the earth’s surface. The best way to do this is to walk outside and place your bare feet on the earth. Helping to recharge the body and keep the immune system strong and working properly. You can also sit or lay down on the earth but if that’s not an option even just sitting on your floor indoor and letting your hands touch the earth can be beneficial.

Practice

Take 5-miutes to get grounded. If you can get outside, please do. If not, that’s okay just bring yourself close to the earth. once you have found yourself outside or as close to the earth as possible take time to slow breath in and out. Reflect on how you feel afterwards.
