We already know the benefits of what going outside has to offer but what about sunshine? Sunshine offers mood boosting benefits, vitamin D and is said to even improve your heart health.


Get out into the sunshine. Spend at least 5-minutes letting the sun kiss your skin. Snap a photo and share it with your community.
