Day 22


Today’s exercise is one that I do often, and I always feel so much better afterwards! It’s called a brain dump. A brain dump is simply taking all the thoughts that are bouncing around in your head and literally dumping them onto paper, this means taking time to write out whatever you have been thinking about or whatever comes to mind. Afterwards there is a feeling of clarity and focus, I feel like I no longer have to remember everything that was bouncing round and I can get on with the task at hand.


There is a whole page in your workbook devoted to this practice. I prefer to do this in the morning. Set your timer for 5 minutes and just let your pen roll. Let all if your thoughts dump out into the paper. You might surprise yourself with what comes out. Reflect on how you feel afterwards.
