Day 20


Taking time to get outside regularly has been proven to reduce stress and inflammation, it improves concentration and thinking along with aiding in creativity, it also has the ability to make us feel more mentally energized. I personally love to relax on my balcony watching the sunrise or get out so sit and observe the lake near my home. I do this often because I always notice a huge difference in my overall mood and performance afterwards.


Spend at least 5-minutes outside today! Keep in mind that the activities in which we enjoy outside may look different and that’s okay. Just do something outside that you enjoy, go for a walk or watch the sunset. Even if the weather isn’t cooperating still make a point to get out and see how it makes you feel.
