Concept

I love yoga. Not only do you find more flexibility the more you practice but you are also able to create a relaxation response, that, for me, is GOLD! I discovered on of the best poses to for this purpose is forward fold. I feel lighter and calmer, I sleep better and feel so at ease in my body whenever I practice this pose regularly. It’s truly magical!

Practice

Fold with me, let me guide you through a passive forward fold. Take at least 5-minutes today to practice this yogic posture. Reflect on how it made you feel?
