Do you ever take time out of your life to sit and visualize your goals and dreams? This is a powerful tool because the neurons in the brain interpret this imagery as real life, this causes a firing off of cells to put the image into action. Just like smiling makes us feel happy.
Take 5-miuntes to sit and visualize yourself with an abundance of energy, with unlimited energy! How does it feel? What does your day look like? Take time afterwards to write in your workbook.
