Unlike mediation where we’re asked to cut off external sensory input and close are eye to still the mind, mindful silence is the practice of becoming present or mindful of whatever it is you are doing, your thoughts and attention are only on the activity at hand.
Take 5-minutes to focus in on what you are doing. Allow your thoughts to be fully in the present and engrossed in whatever it is that you are choosing to do. Although the experience my not look different on the outside, did you notice a difference on the inside?
