Water is life! Without water there is no way we could possibly survive. Water is a fast track to more energy and the ability to change our overall physical and energetic state of being. Having clean, quality water is so important and something we should all be grateful for.
Give yourself the opportunity to drink good high-quality water (Alkaline, Reverse Osmosis or spring water) if possible. Aim to drink at least have your body’s weight in ounces. Set a timer to remind yourself to drink often if that helps you stay on track and most of all take time as you sip throughout the day to really be appreciative and grateful for the life you are taking in. Refer to your workbook and document your recommended amount of water.
