What is the Anchor Philosophy?
We've all experienced negative triggers. They happen because our subconscious has formed a learned, automatic response from habits, lifestyle, and trauma. The responses are meant to protect us and early on we learn to seek pleasure and avoid pain. The Anchor Philosophy focuses on the point that if our subconscious can learn negative automatic responses, it is equally able to learn positive automatic responses. And those responses we can intentionally anchor there. Anchor uses the very basis advanced meditation, self hypnosis, and binaural waves generate in order to shift thinking patterns and allow the conscious mind and subconscious communicate so they no longer have to exist in conflict.
