What I’ve found over countless moving and de-cluttering sessions, is that it’s easier to work backwards instead of deciding item by item whether or not you want to keep it. Decision fatigue is real and we only have so many we can make clearly in a day, which makes it harder and more exhausting as we continue to declutter, so what I’ve done is created an essentials list, this is my personal checklist of items I need to functional optimally.
